This policy will respond in the event you become legally obligated to pay compensatory damages as a result of Bodily Injury or Property Damage to a Third Party arising out of your operations during the indicated event date.

Ineligible Classes and Activities:

  • Cannabis
  • Vehicles in motion, watercraft exhibits on water Pyrotechnics/Fireworks or other combustibles
  • Vapes, e-cigarettes, inhalable products
  • Fertilizers, chemicals, pesticides, pharmaceuticals
  • Firearms, ammunition, weapons
  • Live Animals
  • Trampoline, Mechanical Bulls, Amusement Rides, Inflatables, Pyrotechnics
  • Political events/Rallies/Protests
  • Sports other than Dance, Fitness, Yoga
  • Midway/Amusement Rides
  • Property or other insurance requirements of the insured not covered this is Liability only.
